When I was in my late 30’s it suddenly dawned on me that I had been living a big fat lie. For years I had been controlled, manipulated and abused, but pretended that everything was okay. Eventually, I put on my big girl pants and changed my world.
Smoking, drinking, sleep deprivation and stress were all a normal part of daily life. I didn’t have the head space to think about my ‘wellbeing’. Add an auto-immune disease and endometriosis and I can honestly tell you that I know what it feels like to feel awful!
Now I’m in my mid 50’s and never been happier. But I am acutely aware that how I treat myself each and every day directly results in how I feel, how I act and how I think. I know that only I can put ‘credits’ into my wellbeing account every...single...day. And my mission is to help you to do the same.
I've seen people I love struggle with addiction, chronic illness, discomfort, anxiety and overwhelming fatigue. We may not be able to control our genetics, and life events are inevitable, but we do have the power to control how we FEEL.
I am a qualified Holistic Health Coach, Energy Healer, Triathlon coach, Ironman© competitor and Workplace Mental Health First Aider. I also have first-hand experience of menopause and am currently studying to be a Menopause Wellness Coach.
